- 6 oz Pisco
- 4 teaspoons of sugar
- 1 egg white
- 2 or 3 ice cubes (tray size)
- Juice from a big lemon

Having had many Pisco Sours in my life, I an attest to the fact that these are potent and oh so delicious. It used to be difficult to make them due to the availability of Pisco, but just about any decent liquor store carries it now. And if it doesn’t, then it’s not a decent liquor store. Cheers!
